Off Road scooter for on road.

I have a Tami Scorpion 40cc off road scooter.

I'd like to know if anyone has advice on how I get this on the road for legal use?

No chance in hell in making it road legal.

hahaha. ringer a gilera ice frame to it.
Stamp the frame numbers on urs.
Attatch number plate.

You`ll never get pulled then..
