Needs a damn good clean tomorrow.

    few things i'm concered about;
(Pretty sure this is the rollers); It doesnt move until the revs are all the way up to 5k, and when riding, the only power that feels right is inbetween 5-7k rpm. I think it then struggles to go over 7k... so help/what weight rollers would be appricated.
Also, the indicators are so dark! Is that standard for NRG's? They just look so dull.. not sure really. lol noob
Another thing is, the underseat panel; I have it, it just doesnt seem to fit on properly... i should really buy a haynes manual, but for now i'm trusting you guys! lol nooob
And finally, the electric start doesnt work, no idea why, just seems way too weak, what should i replace for that?

strange, it doesnt seem right.. Anyway, i've ordered some 4.5g rollers and a mirror, because for some reason, mine came with no mirrorso_O

Also my horn is so weak, it's so pathetic and just makes you crack up

    what's up with your speedo?

well, i filled the tank this morning and after that i began stripping it all down to clean it, as it looked like someone had literally driven it into a 10f mud puddle...

    all back together again

So after it was all back together again, i went out for a quick ride and it instantly felt better, i managed to get it up to 34mph before i ran out of space, (only had about 100m). It's fast! and there's nothing wrong with it, all it needed was fuel i'm guessing!

looks great mate, fuel always helps :)

my speedo sometimes will read correctly but most of the time it flicks from 0-what ever im doing, and anywhere in between.

not sure if its the sender, the cables, or the dash but somethigns not right with it :)

    and this...
the fuel level looked like that, and was flashing, even though my tank is pretty much full... after this i fillied it to the brim which didnt take a lot as it was already nearly full, and it was still displaying like above, so i rode it and about 10 seconds later it was back to normal again, really strange

Yeah nice scoot, and welcome to the forums.
For the fuel sender problem - check for corrosion on the plug connectors at the fuel sender unit; when they are nice and clean check the terminal connector at the back of the clocks. More than likely got some corrosion on the brass pins. Take care cleaning them up, use some wet and dry paper and an ice lolly stick or thin diamond file. Might be worth going over the horn connectors as well.
Glad you bought a mirror for it, it is an MOT FAIL without mirrors. You have to have at least one on the right hand side. Dark indicators are not a problem as long as they show yellow light when in use. Make sure that rear light does not flash when holding the brake levers in. If it does then you will need to replace the brake light switches at the handlebars. Also check the way it has been wired. I've had plenty of these where the wires have just been twisted together, and you wont know that it aint working until someone in a blue uniform tells you!
Apart from that, re-paint it tango orange, satin black, and gloss black wheels. Look mint.

Thanks for that, very helpful! i didnt actually know the mirror had to be on the right, the one i ordered says it's a left hand but the picture clearly shows a right one...

Once i have the money i will begin painting it, not sure about tango orange though:p Also i'll buy a performance variator. If i get any more strange occurrences with the fuel gauge i'll do what you said, cheers
