personal experience with 21 and 22mm dells has shown good outcomes and easy enough to set up .

Hi guys took the engine out today gonna fit the mhr rep
i have metal gaskets from my old mhr kit brand new are they any good?
you'll see in the pics theres some marks in the crankcase i dont know why they are there

also does anybody know if i can buy a complete engine nut, bolt and screw kit because the bolts that hold the wheel on the hub the exhaust to cylinder and the 1's that hold the cylinder on are all rusted as rust its self it was a struggle to get them off?
    many thanks

Hi thanks for the input reason I went for the stage 6 is setting up the mhr with the pm360 was proving to be a real nightmare as the kits really high revvin and the pipes shit lol so now im just saving till I can source the parts to build the mhr up properly with crank yasuni c21 vari clutch maybe even a lil porting

i was running a nrg about 4years ago with a mhr rep a 25mm carb with 103 jet, polini inlet, standerd reed block with malossi reeds, malossi delta cluth with white cltuch springs, malossi veriator with 7.2g rollers, malossi belt, malossi secondary gear up and only a crappy leo vince zx pipe with the restrictors taken out of course and it was rapid stick with the 25mm carb i know alot of people say there over kill blah blah but take your time sitting there with jets clutch springs and rollers and it will pay off you will be able to get the carb running with the parts you have i had my 25mm carb running with a malossi sport cylinder and no gear up aswell like i said its all about the setting up and having the patiants to do it

I though the mhr was high revving. I'm not sure if it's a rep or not now lol :confused:cratch: the kit only has 1 piston ring is there a single ring mhr rep kit ???

Pretty sure the mhr rep would be single ringed so revs quicker?
