I am at my wits end and hopefully I can get some help please.

I have checked for continuity including all ground wires
    I have replaced stator
I have replaced coil, ht lead & cap

Gap between pickup coil and flywheel mag is (a credit card thickness)

    Coil resistance 1.2 ohms

    Stator voltage output 59.3v

    cdi output 59.3v

    Coil output 1.3v

pickup voltage 3.5v (all tested on ac)

Yet I can not get a spark at all.

I hope someone can point me in the right direction

    It would be greatly appreciated

    Trev

Side stand switch if it has one? You don't mention the plug?

Oops forgot to mention that bit.

    tried 3 different plugs
I disconnected the side stand switch (Kill switch)

Anything else you can think of please

When you say "disconnected" did you join or bridge the wires up again?
Also the kill switch on the handlebar?
As I understand it it's a loop circuit which the kill switches break so the coil circuit doesn't work. It may be an earth circuit but the principle is the same.
If that is ok all I can suggest is bypassing the ignition side and take power direct from the battery to the cdi and/or ign coil??

You'll need a wiring diagram for that.
So you have bridged the stand switch or switches?

    Thanks for your reply.
No I just put it back to its original state. I don't know how to bypass it, or can I just disconnect it?

You can try testing it. It's just a simple make/break switch. Using continuity operate the stand and see if it works.
If it has failed you just need to join the wires or "bridge" them. Best place would be where the connector is.

First off, turn on ignition turn on lights , is the rear tail light working , pull in brake leaver , is the brake light working .

if the side stand switch is bypassed and it still fails and you have replace a fair few items the only other area is then ignition block.

I think this is the jog r jog rr schematic : http://www.billig-scooter.dk/attachment.php?aid=3892

you need to continuity check all the wires. if you have check the major parts and can find no fault there is a break somewhere in the loom thats affecting the pulse signal to the coil and triggering it .

find the signal wire that goes to the coil that tells it when to fire the plug and check its continuity from the cdi to the coil connection itself could find its that at fault and not triggering the coil to spark

Also there is only a green wire and a black and white wire coming from the sidestand killswitch. I know I have to isolate the b/w wire but what do I connect the green wire that's on its own to? Can I connect it the ground on the frame? All help is greatly appreciated

i think but not sure, when the stand is down the green wire bridges either the b or w wire that cuts the power and you cant start, try bridging the b/w wires but leave the green unbypassed

not exactly sure, the schematic i posted above is not showing a side stand cutoff switch so its hard to figure out the wiring system. most 3 wire switches you just need to bypass two wires to get it to run. the third sometimes is the low beam , so lowbeam lamps wont work if stand is down either.

If you have just 2 wires connect them together. I assume you mean you have one green wire and one black and white wire?
If you can trace those 2 wires back to the connecter unplug it and using a short piece of wire loop it between the contacts in the connector coming out of the loom and cover it in tape. Tie or tape the wire from the switch out of the way.

I just have no idea what else it could be, new stator new s plug. I don't think its the coil cuz I tested against a brand new one and the readings were the same (ohms I mean) the only thing left is the cdi and I'm not 100% sure how to test it properly. (have heard you can't test them using multimeter)
