got the foot panel finished today so its off to paint tomorrow to be done with my back panel, gotta get it set up while there away, then its back to gether, tax n test then itll up for sale after a couple of weeks as im wanting another 172 cheers
ive been doing the hb primer as a guide coat on the panels ive been glassing so i can see where i need to work on, but my uncle does all the painting but im not sure what spray gun he uses,
speedo came today so chucked it on, had to extend the cable as i did on my rox. not too botherd about a fancy clock asits just to get it through its test
do they work fine? as in speeds pretty much how it should be (for clocks) cus my mate got a shitty little 10 quid thing on his bar conversion and says hes doing 35 when hes going about 55-60 lol?
probs because the magnet bit on the wheel isnt set corectly, if i remember you have to set the radius of the wheel too, wiring up the illumination would be a bitch as the inside of the clocks is all tiny little wiring and microchip crap, and it runs on a watch battery sort of thing.
nah wont be that hard, will be 2 little metal strips one that sits on each side of the little battery just solder wires to them and depending on battery voltage might need a little resistor
