new shape sr70 project

yeah i think im keeping this for a bit as ill be needing daily transport soon so this will probs be that

 

not seen much fibreglass work on new shape sr's so thought id do some

decided to make it a single seater and fibreglass the rear seat into the back 3 panels to make it all 1 and do an all in 1 light and indicators

so had to chope the seat bucket and the seat in half





also going to glass these into one



started adding firbrglass but ran out of resin :wallbash: so ill do some more tomorrow





not sure if im doing any glassing up the front but im going to do something with the lights

 

good lad. can see this is gonna be another project to watch

 

Nice 1 mate, good ideas, will be keeping an eye on this for sure.

The centre plastics, it doesn't look like you've hacked them up at all, just laid the fibreglass on it? Did you prep it at all or make it rough, drill holes etc? Hopefully it will stick, just a heads up

 

ive not drilled any holes but ive roughed them all with scotchbrite first
