New Carburettor problems on an Aerox

The carb is new, I have checked all that you mention, I blew through the ports as well but there is no change.

 

There is only one reason why the carb would piss petrol everywhere and it's the needle valve. When you suck through the petrol intake tube and action the floats, can you stop the air coming through by pushing the floats up to the top ?

all is well here, the needle valve is working fine

what I did find was that the rubber gasket in the fuel bowl is not air tight,

 

aha! problem solved!
