New Aerox Engine Trouble :( !?

My aerox is a standard bike, apart from a pm 360 pipe and polini variator.
Recently the cylinder cracked after being wielded :scratch:
So me and a mate fitted another used 50 cylinder he had laying around. We put new gaskets on this new(used since 2008) cylinder. When we changed the cylinder we kept the old piston :glare: (which i think is the problem) After a new spark plug and some petrol squirted down the head; IT WOULDNT START :banghead: when we put the new one, a little 2 stroke went in the head

Anyone got an idea whats wrong? :beg: :beg:

I had this problem when trying to use a friends piston :/ i bought a new set of rings and it worked :) hope this helps :)
