Nah they charged labour for all the shit, i was lucky because i know them usually it would of been double, but ill make sure they fix it free of charge
take ur bike down there, give them the keys and say "uve got a fucking dyno, now how hard is it to set up a pipe on a standard 50cc aerox?! ill be back at 5 and i want it done" obviously there a bunch of cunts, widning the jet when it would be so much easyer to put another 1 in! jets cost about 50p and theyve probably made it too big now, thats why its bogging. tbh all it would have needed is some green clutch springs some 4.5 - 5 gram rollers and up jetted, say the stock jet is 64 take it to 66 or the next 1 up. and it would have been running good enoth, cant belive they have a dyno and still manage to fuck up jetting for a pipe on a 50. if they dont fix it for free tell them to never leave any bikes outside cos ull burn them

I was quoted 200 quid to have a bike completely built up and setup, including crank and maybe even a bit of porting, you've been robbed big time. Your best bet now mate is to get it running okay at the shop and start having a go at it yourself, trust me use Minors carb guide and a bit of common sense and you won't go astray, but if you do get someone to help you locally and watch what they do, ask questions and hopefully it should prove a money saver
Just got home now from being at the shop since 11 and i now have weaker clutch springs, 6.2g rollers, and he reajusted the carb the Needle for the carb is on its leanest setting, So it went fine on the way home, until i hit a hill, got up the hill and after that it bogged until i got a home, not messing with them anymore, Just ordered a Pack of Gurtner Jets from Adrenaline SIZES 50,52,55,58,60,62,65,68,70,72 the boy down at GetSpeed said he will re-jet it for me, but id rather do it myself any ideas of what jet i should start with my carb is Gurtner 17.5m and i think standard jet was 63 pretty sure thats what he said
dont do it yourself. get them to fuckin sort it and give you your money back. surely they cant be runnin this business if theyre that friggin useless?
Alright what he's proved here is that they are obviously cunts at this place, can't do fuck all and should give you a full refund. Threaten them with trading standards and DON'T touch your bike till your money is back in your hand otherwise you won't have a case.

Yes i did have the bollocks to tell them to sort it, so they did and FAILED, when i got home i rang them and they said once i have the jets they will re-jet it for me, what fucking more can they do. i dont give a fuck about the money tbh, im asking for advice and you cunts are flaming me, is anyone gonna help or not ?
To be honest mate you need to get your money back, and with regards to the rollers that might well be your problem. Check your leovinci's handbook it'll tell you what roller weights they gave so get some of them then try that. Too heavy weights will bog the engine down happened when i fitted stock ones on my pipe.

u own an aerox u got more money than sense dont no how to fit an exhaust and put a bigger jet in take it to a shop that u say u r friends with the mechanic there and he has loads of experice yet he cant up jet and fit the correct roller wieghts/springs even with a DYNO u might aswell commit suicide cos ur lifes going noware fast niether is ur bike ............................
Actually my bike does 55 on the Dyno :bird: And yes i do know how to do it, but i wanted it done proffesionaly and if i didnt know how to fit an exhaust how come mine hasnt fell off yet,
have i read rite it goes god on straights etc but wen u come to a hil it bogs? if i have read properly it sounds like just the rollers are to heavy i have simular set up to you zx pipe using yellow springs they gave me and the blue rollers they supplied aswell. i think the rollers are about 4. summmin gram and it all works perfectly 6.6 gram rollers are way to heavy, heavyer than standerd and you need to go lighter for a pipe
