Need help again :/

Hi, i have tuned yamaha aerox 03' .
list: MHR 50 Racing, S6 sport pro replica, 19mm dellorto, original clutch(3 red springs, and blue spring), polini speedcontrol / top performance variator, malossi E5 ( covered/closed).

I am sure that my problem is carburation settings, i have no idea what size i need JET. I have timmed for many days, but it still starts hanging at ~20-30 km/h. i have video too: YouTube video no longer available For now i have 68,72,75,78,80,85,92,100,120 mm jets. I have tried them, but still starts hanging... Any1 have any idea ?

no, it revs fine.. coil or carb setting would be a constant problem.. this is rollers 100% as it happens as the clutch locks up

yeah your rollers will be the problem, but bare in mind if youve played around with the jets its probably incorrectly jetted now

ookei, Do I need to put heavier rollers? currently, these new rollers (4.5 g) , my clutch spring is blue and it's quite old too, ( when it matters)

just tried lighter rollers. but its quite same. :/ i'll ask my friend's minarelli coil and i try it. when coil is ok, then i have no idea anymore, mby however jet is problem. i let you know soon

what weight was in there and what did you try?> they sound STUPIDLY heavy...

the bike revs fine, moves dfine on the clutch, then as the variator kicks in the bike dies.. ONLY other thing it could be is fuel starvation... my money is still on the rollers

i dont know how many times ill use this line on this forum
buy a box of bloody rollers. someone on ebay sells stage 6 boxes of the things. or buy a selection of different weights. try getting lighter and lighter, and if nothing makes any difference well then youve only lost a few quid, but im sure it will.

but make sure you jet it correctly too, if you still have a 120 jet in your wasting fuel and washing the bore nicely. and if its far too lean, your pistons gunna be fucked. you need to sort both the rollers and the jetting.

little update. I have now new red strong suspension spring.( now offcourse little heavier rollers too ~4g). And red clutch springs. Jet is 100. now is problem start :/ look it at videos : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkm-iC_w9jQ and YouTube video no longer available. Any suggestions ? ( sorry about my english, i hope you understand my text). My scooter end speed is ok, but just start is very very bad and hangs :/ AH yes, tomorrow i will buy new sliders for vario. these are quite broken
