Well not much been happening lately as i have been busy wth wife and soon to be new born
However i have the cylinder on and all sorted

The engine will be going back in soon and then its all go on the exhaust
I tried out the wooden tapers and they work very well and was easy to make the pipe i was after
So hopefully i will have that sorted soon
Im looking to have the engine pull about 12000-12500 rpm
that should be enough to get it off the line and screaming
Here is a pic of the porting that was done to it before
I was working well and so i will just match it to the new cylinder

The is the engine on the rebuild
I know it needs a clean and i will soon
I just want to get it all together and sealed up

    Its all looking good
.95mm squish i would have like to go slightly less and get a bit more throttle response as well as raise the used fuel percentage but this will be ok

Havent been working on scooter much Due to the fact i had a child
its all good now and i have the engine back in the scooter
    just sorting out the radiator
Still not sure what to do about the rearwards facing carb
i wish there was just a manifold you could buy that worked
I dont liek haveting to buy a wig to doit
seems a waste of money to me

i am having issues finding a manifold to face my carb straight back on my scooter
I dont want to run a wig as i feel its a fucking ripoff and i dont like feeling like i have just been ass fucked

Who makes one that just bolts on and works
I can make one but it would be easier if there was one that fitter
I am half of a mind to buy a wig and send it to china and sell them for the $5 they are really worth
I hate it when some one overcharges for stuff they shouldnt
