what crank u get mate and if you need any typhhon parts let me kno il send them to isreal no probs as ur a scooter shack member lol
nice project my old 1996 typhoon 172 and my typhoon 70 were both in that state when i got them,in the end they looked like this: keep up the good work
cool imp: cant wait till the final item im sure by the looks of the clutch and that from the bike isreals really hot. hows it going to be with all these tuning parts :msn1:
will be fine aslong as you keep an eye on jetting.. rhys used his fully kitted ac 70 for over 100 miles on the hotest day of the year last year without a single hickup..similar temps. faster you go the cooler an ac gets
in that kind of heat the jetting will be leaner than over here.. start around a 106 and work down.. may be as low as 92... trial and error tho my friend (6mm jets in a 25mm carb)
110 will deffo be too big for hot wether, the 102 should be sweet. there is a jetting guide that will be up soon enuff tho m8, befor the engine is built im sure anyway
Re: what jet just a word of advice then technigas pipes are ok...will never brake etc..but if u want to go full power you will need to get a better one as they seem to struggle with the pressure....i put one on mine as a temp wile the 59 was @ pm and i ended up taking it off a putting my std pipe back on as it ran better,,,lol but dot let me put u off too much if ur after just a comfertable sort of power and not to go balls out that pipe is fine...
