My Speedfight 100cc project

the pipe heads off toward airbox side I took it off it sounds like 50cc now haha made worse by the knackered baffles in my exhaust!

 

did you block off the bike so it dosnt leave a hole in your exhaust

 

need to block it off, going to use a bolt or see if I can weld it next week! or even just hammer it over! blocked off the rubber one though!

 

yh you want to block your exhaust off were the pipe joined and i dont think the rubber bit connected to anything

 

It just had a slight suction on it! it goes to something in the centre of the bike a metal part then comes off the other side and heads towards air box!

 

oh mine just went to a plastic chamber on the otherside the up into the frame and it just pulled off

 

couldn't be bothered to look round the other side haha! think I can just hoy a bolt into the exhaust hole and it should be alright I think! had it running with out the exhaust on today for a few seconds sounded mad!

 

i had the exhaust snap on my phantom and had to ride 15 miles with it with no exhaust had no power and although it sounded cool at first after a few mine it was really annoying

 

yeah haha mine annoyed me after going round the block with that hole not blocked!

 

is it steel mate? if so come to me dads use his MIG

 

not sure haha might just pull it off on Wednesday and give it to welding rod to sort out haha

the rubber hose that went on the exhaust is just for emissions mate. it should go to some sort of airbox or air pump to suck fresh air into the exhaust for a cleaner output. Ive got one on my ludix and it was blocked up with a bolt but now the hose has came off so its not as powerful-.-
