fit the choke piston (the bit that goes in the choke hole) and block up the hole were the choke cable goes

 

hes fitting a manual choke

 

hey mate, need to get some smaller diameter pipe for the overflows and I'm fitting a manual choke on it then I know not much can go wrong with it as auto chokes are a joke and Theres no risk of a cable snapping cheers

 

Got my 19mm delly stage 6 carb yesterday.

Got my choke air filter and jets today!

Just got the unbranded filter off ped parts for now Will get a genuine malossi or something at a later date! had to up jet from 92 to 98 and it seems fine will soon find out on my way to college monday and can jet accordingly would like to thank all that have helped get me sorted with advice on here sorry for being a pest! would like to thank jack coulson for being an assistant and lending a hand today!

Well today I done the rollers, and they were effed flat spots all over them they were nearly square! got the new ones in pulls away nice now! fiddled with mixture abit and it seems good!

Next will be drive belt and clutch! when money allows!

 

Also found I have a snapped engine mount! but going to start a welding course along side mechanics at college so will get that sorted soon!
