depends what the pigs are like in your area. nobody gets done for having a rice pipe etc round here but in some places they do. obviously its a good idea not to hoon it past cop caps iff youve got a tuned ped. they _could_ seize your bike though i think.

You will most likely have been acting a tard (well its in the aerox owners nature) for the police to stop you. You want my advice, make sure you are wearing some decent gear, your average berk riding about with adidas' lastest trakky is always more likely to be stopped than someone looking legit. jacket, gloves and helmet (ideally matching too) will make you look older, and a copper will only stop someone who they think is 16 really

:w00t: Don't matter what you're wearing if you're caught, but wearing the ideal clothes lessens the chance of it happening. My mates in trakkys get pulled over every week, i've never got pulled once even though my bike sounds much meatier than theirs...and louder.

If you give it the all "you can't touch me" or whateer, he'll get your bike checked out. If you co-operate then they'll never know you have a 70 kit...can you tell if a scooter is a 70? Not likely unless the person tells you, but and you tell if it's got a sports pipe...yeah ! ! ! You're only as likely to get pulled now as if you got a full on polini engine and transmission.
