    i dropped my hornet at low speed and only damaged the bar end :confused:arc:

    and how the hell are they made like a brick built house?

    SM's have different gearing / suspension set up to off road bikes aswell.

    they r mauch more durable and and if u got crash bobing there is hadley ever any damenge

    i can see where ur coming from as sports bikes are heavier and more fairing to damage compared to sm, all depends on your style and what you want the bike for really, my next toy should be good for long distance cruising and the occasional offroad blat :cool:

    I was comparing a naked bike like my hornet to a SM.

    BlinkS - If your doing very long distance then a sports bike aint going to be the best option due to the riding poition!

    my mate has a gasgas 300 2t, loads of fun mate :D

    and BlinkS, it wont be too bad, Nick sanderd took an R1 around the world in 40 days n he's fairly old tbh :p so if he can handle it, im sure you can :pimp:

    take a look at a yamaha thundercat. Its a good all rounder bike, for a sporty ride to touring, id have one!

    wat about sumthink like a v max there have the cruise to them and they can move if they have to and have u heard them beasts
