I've had this issue with my moped where it sounds likes it's bogging on take off, but then it kicks in and shoots off. but now on my commute it's suddenly just fully messed up. it takes off very low speed and as you hit 10 on the Speedo it just bogs. but not the engine. it's like it's stuck in first gear. it slowly gets speed up to maybe just over 20. and at that point it just speeds up a second then slows down. repeat. speed up slow down speed up slow down. and it won't go above like 25 on the Speedo. anything I can do? because it's looking like I'm stuck at college. (8 miles from home)
