I would like to remove the mirrors on my Gilera Runner. Anybody recommend anything to fill the holes?

Supposed to have at least one on the right hand side for mot. Just remove them and plug the hole with a rubber bung.

Is that right? According to my instructor you either have to have both mirrors in full working order or none at all?!

    legally you dont need any.
you can run with just the right hand side.
or you can run with both but IF fitted. must be fully working/not flapping about etc and must not be cracked.

screw in a massive steel bolt, then mount something cool onto the steel bolt like a big ass police light or something... im all out of serious replies today!

you could have a flashing beacon 1 side, then a siren the other side, that would be cool, although a flashing light right in your face would be VERY annoying

sigh. another old thread dug up.

Legally you don't have to have them.
Some like myself choose not to ride with mirrors because we find that regular lifesavers (shoulder checks) are better than using mirrors as you see more of whats in your blindspot etc etc etc
Some people like riding with them. some don't. simple as.
