Right ive stripped the a/c engine.

Only problem is, the crank bearings came out on the crank,, and didnt stay in the cases, how do i get them off the crank without damaging it, as theyre rather tight!

Also ive made a few decisions.

    Going to order:

    Clutch
Variator, jsut to replace, but comes with a kevlar belt and some rollers
    Some more rollers
    2 or 3 jets
    polini 70
    crank bearings and seals
gasket kit (do i really need or can i just use high temp sealant)

    (got clutch springs already)

Ill run the above setup, and add to it as time goes on, proberly a carb the first thing, might just stick my viper pipe on, not sure.

I just had a quick go at polishing the engine casing, and it comes up quite nice, so im guna' get myself a dremel and clean all of them up, and proberly heat proof laquer to keep them nice.

Going to be over time, but you know.

Also would it be worth porting the cases to match the barrel, or is it not worth ruinging a case for a small difference, or will it make a lot of diff?

    Thanks

    heres some Pics:

well ive saved myself a load of money.

is a stock belt thats done around 500miles ok to use with a 70 kit?

im not going to bother with a gasket set as all id need is crankcase gasket, which i can use sealant

    new list:

    polini 70
    rollers
    jets
    crank bearings n seals

    pretty much it!!

wonderings on jettin, if im running pipe and 70kit upjet by what 18% or somthing ?

and what roller weight should i use, ive got 5.0's in atm on stanadard setup and runs good, so..

    Rides:
    GPR50 + Peugeot 307
tenner says he changes his mind about the setup again.

Especially when he realises how the viper rots away so quickly.

    Buy a different exhaust.
