lmao your going to be going for a long time. my mate has a standard slider and it goes about 60. fastest standard 50 ive seen. its not all road legal yet tohugh needs new fairings.

 

might do it on mt area51 yet. would be a laugh

well he boguht it off one of my mates for £100. he boguht it for £20 off his dads mate. it had quite a bit wrong but he fixed it a little and sold it for £100. i dont think it has anything special to it. it was stolen then recoverd. he has a flat tyre and needs fariings now tohugh.

 

minarellis have really bad tolerances from the factory, some turn out really good free running engines capable of 55-60 (on the clock) and others are tight from new and never really improve and struggle to pull 50.

the best thing to do whenever buying a second hand minarelli scoot, is replace the main bearings and make sure they are aligned properly. it makes the motor so much better (one of the secrets of my area51)

 

iv herd that sliders are really low geared tho and they only really aceive 40 as standard? well de restricted

 

depends what you can make it rev to. i'm sure a slider at 11,000 rpm with the right rollers will pull a comfortable 55.
