malossi vari .standard crank 172

    im missing the washer/spacer that goes inbetween the vari and outer pulley :( anyone know where i can get one or the dimensions so i can get my grandad to male one on the lathe ?

    bump on this pic :) also my mates sr is running a 180 variator and the only washer is behind the pulley and before the varo? isnt he ,missing like 3 washers or somthing? its running ok but could it cause him any problems or lower his speed?,wear out his belt quicker? he thinks its fine but u know, thanks (waits for minors responce) ;) :pimp: :beer:

    Hey i have the same problem with my 70cc typhoon the new jasil crankshaft i have in my bike makes my variator spin freely and when i ride it makes hella noises nasty scraping noise but everything looks fine i am so confused as what to do next the bike works fine just making a nasty noise for the variator

    Fixed half of the variator should be solid on the crank, it slides over the splines. Maybe the splines in the variator have stripped?
