it is possible to use piaggio rear pullys you just need a longer bent and som grindig done to the cases but its well worth it
i have a piaggio clutch myself but ive changed the springs in the standard clutch and im gonna see how it works out first. Would be keen to mod it but i dont have the tools, if the standard clutch aint up to scratch ill do the piaggio mod
Not updated in a while due to being busy and poor but i just got a big package of parts =D Hebo Performer, Polini sport 70 kit, chrome F1 mirrors, derestricted manifold, grips. jack-up and sidestand. Got a 21 carb off Alexsr70 too (not pictured) Have covered the seat and fitted the stand, grips and jack up today. heres how the bikes looking atm: have stripped all the (glossy) panels today aswell so they'll be getting a re-spray soon. Will be fitting the 70 kit, pipe and carb soon but am waiting till ive got a bit of free time and reading up on it first because ive not fitted a kit before and dont wanna mess it up.
has any one de-restricted a hebo performer before? im not sure how lol theres no restricter in the end can but theres a restrictor pipe thingy that sticks out where the exhaust joins (its in 2 parts) and im not sure of the best way to remove it.
Fine line between different and gay. You just pole volted way over it  looks good, its nice to see someone actualli be creative for once
The piaggio clutch conversion is saft...i mean they all run 107mm clutches right, so why bother with a piaggio one which requires dicking about with a dremel or whatever...get one off a minerelli like an aerox as they are a direct swap, i'll do it once i can actually be arsed got the clutch (off my spare bike which incidentally has the same engine as yours and mine And that bikes just getting better good luck with it, and i'd advise a different choke lever as i tried it and the thing didn't work on the original
I got a polini choke lever with my 21mm so should be all good  let me know how the clutch swap goes and if you think its worth it i'll give it a go.
My bad lol. Whats the benefit of doing this anyway? Suppose if you ran a harder contra spring and lighter rollers on a high spec would be a wheelie demon
no, it would rev and not move.... and also hold its revs too much fof throttle... when will people learn its about ebing setup RIGHT not setup for accell or top end you want it FAST at ANY rpm/speed as for using bigger pulleys.. gives you more scope so finer ratio's while progressing throughout the range. think about it
