I am looking to make my scooter the best it can be without making it a 70cc.i'm not clued up on scooters alot but wonder what i need to change to make it reliable and fast.
It's an 05 annd already has an mallosi varaitor.
Gimme some ideas please
Brett :good:
best out of your engine? leave it alone.. get the best fuel econimy and life from it that way... pipes carbs variators clutches and anything else you can throw at a stock cylinder will prittymuch quarter its lifespan...
get a 70 kit if you want to go faster, if you dont then leave it alone, theres no skipping the fact mopeds have SHIT cylinders
legally your variator is as illegal as a 70 kit if your 16 if thats why you want to keep to a 50....
70 kit it is then... nice strong iron kit will be 3 times the power with similar life expectancey. pipes reduce this but a properly setup well maintained machine can cover 10,000 miles happily on the same kit/crank (considdering anything above 20 on a stock engine is considderd rebuild teritory)
good iron (polini) 70 kit, pipe, variator, clutch springs/clutch set to suite the pipe and the correct rollers/jetting and itl be nice an nippy, reliable and last well...
