What a mess this turnt out to be life is a lesson to be learnt I did silly things when I was younger and now have a conviction code tt99 whice mean totting up an offence I went over 12 points in two years the courts offered me either 6 month ban and left with the tt99 0 points or to have 6 points if I need the bike for work things is we all have opinions and suggestions but at the end of the day youve learnt your lesson

the miff of the new driver only been aloud 9 point is crap they tell you that in the first 10mins of your cbt training.

you can have your full license removed if you do some VERY bad shit in the first 24hr of been passed, but the learner permit dose not work the same

i have 6 points on my provisional driving licence but yet i still hold it too, when you get 6 points on your provisional they will be transferred over to your full licence, then if you get anymore points after that you get a automatic ban and ordered to retake your test. the only way he could of lost his licence under the new drivers act was if he had a full licence and that i don't know but either way. not hard done by.
