Lexmoto tornado electrical issues

Hi guys don't know if this is the right I have a 63 reg lexmoto tornado 125 when I push the starter button it just clicks and when I push the horn miniscule sound and when I use the indicators the headlight flashes

 

Poor earth ?

 

I am not really clued up with electrical but I've checked Earth's could it be stator

 

Flat battery ?

 

Just had it load tested battery is fine I un plugged the ignition coil it turns over now so ignition coil im 99%sure

 

A wiring short or earth problem in the loom ?
