Lexmoto 50cc moped 4 Stroke whining then cut out

Hi

I have a 50cc Lexmoto 4 Stroke moped. Drove fine and did nothing to it) don't know about previous owners).

It started to whine while driving down road and then it just cut out.

Now if we jump start it it will turn over start (sometimes) for a few secs then cut out again.

Any ideas?

 

Any engine oil in it ?
