Decided to play with the zip, wasn't quite satisfied with the initial throttle response, seemed to take a couple of seconds to pick up properly so was going to re-jet it, but fitted one of the 21mm carbs to it instead. Carb came with a 70 main jet as standard but changed that to a 72, don't ask me why, i just did. Nice snug fit into the manifold, new jubilee clip, sits nicely between the rear wheel and case, and i managed to keep the standard air box as well, which is a bonus. Had to play with the throttle cable and fit a 90 degree elbow to the top of the carb, took a bit of cranking to get the bowl full of fuel, but off it went good as gold. Little tweaking with the idle screw and runs nicely. Throttle response is nice and crisp now, and the front wheel wants to come off the floor within the first 3 feet, gonna be interesting when its on the road. Took it a little spin in the cul de sac and it flies.
