if you got it all apart already try taking it apart and giving it a good clean might do the trick ? if not a used one is cheap

 

ill do a drawing for you to get the idea and would car gasket seal work its the same sort of principal

 

cant see why not but is it really worth bodging your oil supply last thing you need is a leak on a long run and you run out

 

tbh i think its just the o ring seal

heres a rough diagram of whats happening

 

silicone gasket sealant wouldnt leak mate because its flexible and oil resistant

 

check for a split in the pipe or it could just be the o-ring and you can get one easy from any screw fix/plumbing shop/b&q/homebase

 

how would i get it off and i will see about cracks tomorrow of friday as ive got college all day tomorrow basically i might even be able to get some orings from college actually

 

ive not had a look at mine bud to say how it comes of bud

 

just get a new dam tank they are not that expensive mate! you dont want your piston to get jammed! never play with the oil!

 

ill just try gasket sealant first nothing to loose except oil

 

so it loses oil at the connection???

maybe it needs a rubber shit that is placed at the connection so it doesnt leak...

 

yeehhhh thats what i think it is too it has a clamp that goes round the outside too that screws tight to form a seal so i'll replace to seal and put some gasket sealant for extra sealing

 

get some pics up so we can see this problem further

thanks mat tomorrows busy for me i have to wash my neighbours car at 9 in the morning and got to college 10-11 then come home and hoover the car and get paid then go back to college for two hours come home take a pic of the oil thing and have lunch then go back to college for 2 and a half hours then come home and have dinner then chill out for the evening
