    Yeah, I finished school. Got C's and D's which isn't too bad?

    Apparently the kid bought the kit brand new about a year ago? :wtf:

    RIGHT THEN

    when you do a map, you use a FRESH peice of plain/graphed CUT a4 paper... not a random peice.. put it inside the barrel, match up the top of the barrel with the paper (so it all sits nice an flat) mark 5mm past the overlap point on the paper, remove and cut down, now reinsert wiht the overlap on the paper sitting on the bridge of the boost port, with the TOP OF THE PAPER SITTING FLUSH to the top of the cylinder make sure its all tight and tape the overlap top and bottom.. NOW trace it and you can messure the hights off the top of the paper.. hard coloured pencils are easier to mark them with, or a greasy finger LOL

    Okay, Will go and do it now. But it is so hard to find plain paper in this house.

    Apparently its

    157.142857142857 cubic centimetres??

    I put in 2.5 for radius and 8.0 for height?

    I tried 2.5 for radius and 39.3 for height and got
    771.964285714285

    It said measure the radius, which was from the center of the cylinder to the out side of it. I measured the entire width which was 5cm so I halved it?

    stroke (hight) is 39.3.. MESSURE the piston width then hal;f iot for the radius (its all there PRITY FOOKIN CLEARLY)

    oh my fucking days... you messure in mm and @about 5cm@ is no way of doing things... m8, dont touch it, put it back togewther, forget about it honestly.. i was kicked out of 2 schools by 14 and still grasp'd basic maths (was FAR too busy sniffing glue over the field to worry about class)

    I thought it was talking about the barrel? And I measured in CM. Is it supposed to be in MM.

    I am reading it, I read it about 4 times over until I understand it.
    But I obviously don't understand it well enough :(

    get some verniers.. if you dont have verniers grab a compas. make the 2 poinbts bearly touch the widest part of the piston thenn half this in mm... :confused::confused::confused:

    there is a drop down box that says cm, change it to mm :confused:

    will be 23.5 making 70cc... still dont excplain the single ring piston tho as its an airsil kit.. is there a manufactor mark/casting number on the inside of the piston?

    dw, just looked at the pic properly.. its a twin ring.. so yes will be an airsil t6 but wiht the old piston... can get a mahle piston that slots in for 23 quid.. much better

    I had an Airsal sport kit on my speedshite about 6 yrs a go, and that was a single ring....

    so maybe minors theory about old ones is correct...
