    yer i am lol, im abit on the cheap side though after forking out for the 172 kit etc, pics and price if you would pal :D

    and yer, was hard to get all that crap off the engine :hmm:

    where about u from,and how much u reckon the postage will be for a wheel with a tyre on it, im in london??

    im in birmingham :( far but postage shouldnt be too much, i paid £12 postage for a gilera runner 125 engine from london before :lol: we will see though, get the scales out and weigh it and check the cheapest place online is the easiest way tbh :mrgreen:

    it's all about http://www.parcel2go.com sent a goped for £16.99 wrapped up in pillows in HUGE carbourd box. but yeah use parcel2go bestttt and cheapest

    Been cleaning agen :wave: not cleaning it spankers due to it winter and no point lol.

    True say Joe, My friend had his engine painted/sprayed black with little chrome bits, it looked good. Just a thought

    Allright m8,

    engines looking nice, yh i wouldnt worry about how clean it looks either i mean to be honest that looks clean enough to me :thumbsup: .

    got pissed off lol, dropped 1 of the new bearings in dirt, so ordering some new ones which wont be here untill tuesday as its friday night and no one ships/send stuf on weekends :(

    bearings are a pile of wank!

    yer gonna try shop up the road from me, if not im gonna make do with what i have, as ive cleaned the bearing up quite well :D

    paint will only come out as good as the prep work,

    id powdercoat if price isn't a issue

    powdercoat cases? nonono, powdercoat is plastic based, will melt and look shitty

    need heat resistant paint at the least

    Got up to about 160c before powder coat is supposed to start fucking up... I'd be amazed if your engine ever got that hot.

    depends really, ive seen people who've had car parts powdercoated and its fucked, and thats not even case hot, guess it really depends on the quality of powdercoat, these days everyone will be skimping on quality, heat proof paint would be cheaper and will dissipate heat better either way.
