Update,,,, me and my dad have been working on it today and weve snapped the airbox off and some other stupidly seized shit that has corroded into the engine cases lol

now im stuck (done a search btw) just need to find out the foloowing sizes :beg:

    rear wheel nut size :

    variator nut size :

    clutch bell nut size :

    flywheel nut size :

and the big nut that holds the clutch to the rear pully size :)

the standard roller weight in the typhoon 125's

and thats it for now, just cleaning everything up and ordered my paint online

update late to show you what i have done lol

i can tell you the sizes but all the threads are diff for the nut size (non standard bolts) better off just ordering them online/from a dealer...all these parts aree best orderd new from a dealer tbh. there cheap

24mm on the rear wheel, 18mm to remove the clutch, variator and flywheel. Will need a flywheel pull to get it off though or some bodge.

Can't off the top of my head remember the size to split the rear pully but I'll have a look and see if I can find mine.

if ur talkin about the nut on the top of the clutch the huge one i believe its a 56mm but the socket will cost alot so best bet is to get it in a vice or watever ther called forgotten the name been a while since ive said it and close it up and then just twist it by hand u may need ur dad to jump in on it aswel as ther tight

or take it to a car/bike garrage and ask them to do it 4 u

variator nuts are 17, clutch is 18/19 (depending on what type of clutch/nut fitted) flywheel is the same as the variator. the clutch retaning nut is a 46mm, stock rollers in the typh are 12.5g

socket is 15 quid for a good one... worth having. a spanner/ajustable (large obviously) and a hammer does me just fine
