hi all is there any one that help me i`m messing around with a yamaha neos 50cc 2t. but not having much joy. here is is a list of parts i am using carburetor Naraku 17.5mm variator kit Polini cylinder kit Naraku 70cc exhaust Tecnigas Next-R i mix of weights and a upgraded crank and bearings primary and secondary gears stock air box with Malossi red foam air filter so my question is what size jet do i need to use, because every time i go to pull away it just bogs out. when the ped is on it`s stand it idels fine and when i rev it up. i am over 16.
You've spent all that money but bought a mild 70 kit, not much better than standard 50 kit. You need to buy a couple of selection boxes of main jets, 50-75, 75-100 as an example, start with the biggest and work your way down. It's a labourious business re-jetting to suit but worth it in the long run
