Re: My Typhoon project 172 Will check the size on my Runner first. I will need a new shock later anyway, so it's not smart to grind off the bush if the Runner has the same 36mm width. All shocks seems to be the same as on the Runner on all shops.
Re: My Typhoon project 172 The 50 shock does not fit the 125 engine buy a replacement shock (125 1 of course) Looks good though . . .
Re: My Typhoon project 172 The older engines and the 50's have smaller shock bushes. i had same problem but opposite when fitting a malossi shock so i just got a new bush the right size and changed them over.
Re: My Typhoon project 172 I'm still short of some parts, so you have to be patient I just want to show you my new sandblaser cabinet  I think this will realy come in handy  Will try to blast off whats left of the paint on the rear wheel tomorrow.
Re: My Typhoon project 172 john stop buying pieces of equipment that make me jealous looks good john, keep it up m8
Re: My Typhoon project 172 there only 35 quid in makro... cant be having your girl dancin on a pole tho, mabey the trophie for the pub that weekend but not wifey!! (lets not go there ay) lookin good, will be nockin them out befor long blaster will be the difference between your built bike looking like new or rebuilt (only way to get things looking stock original is to blast everything. not paint or replace) the shock mount just cut it honestly.. the mount is the same, its just the tube through the centre thats too long, fuck all structeral difference (if anything the wider one is more likely to snap the shock mount from the engine...) cut it back so it bearly fits. sorted done ALL mine like this with no prob's
Re: My Typhoon project 172 john i see your using doppler forks on this bike, have you had chance to test them yet or have they sat in the workshop if you have how do you rate them ? thanks
Re: My Typhoon project 172 I found this rear light on scooter attack today. What do you think? Rear lights Lexus style incl. Indicators Article NoTR-656.63/CE Continuous evolution of the STR8 Lexus style LED rear light. Indicators are integrated into the rear light: when the indicator is activated, part of the SMDs on the left or right side respectively will start to flash orange.
