how to polish side casing

basically i have a spare side casing. both have piaggio on the side so i want to polish one up.



whats the best way to go about it. im going to have the side casing bare with the standard air box and that plastic thing on the end cheers

where can i get the black thing on the sde of the tranmission case like this bike
