correct , it should of come with a larger head to suit the bore , hence why it probably cost £25

id use head gasket sealant , or send it back and invest a bit more in a decent kit

i would, but the postage would cost more than the barrel cost. and they said i can only return it if it shows no sign of use.

it cost 25, 15 postage to my door, 15 postage back, so thats 30 in postage for a 25 refund

open a dispute via ebay dont message the guy and ebay will force a refund it UK law, that any item that is ordered online as 14day return option weather its used or not, it's called DSR Google it :p.

also one time i got a xbox from germany and it turned up smashed ebay refund me and told me to dispose of the item due to size/wight and return postage charge

and what you will get is 2 things your £25 and a lesson in why not to buy shit, thats a life lesson you can take to the bank

Dude I feel for you but then again we all warned you.

I would contact the seller on eBay and blatantly ask for a full refund as their product is shit. You don't try you don't get. You ll be surprised at what people are willing to do when they know their stuff is crap and they want to avoid negative feedback on eBay!

If not open a dispute, and prepare your case with detailed uploaded pictures. eBay always goes with the buyer if they feel it is a genuine claim.

And why the hell did you fit a 50cc head on it?... That's just plain wrong.

ebay will always side with the buyer as there more important to ebay than seller, business will not go away as ebay is such a big market they cant afford to but buyer can shop anywhere so ebay try to keep you (the buyer) happy

50cc head isn't the same as a 70cc one... You can see that by just looking at it!...

It would of been cheaper just to buy a standard 50cc kit from ped parts or a stage 6 70cc sports kit after all the nonsense and grief this kit has caused , And like everyone else has said a 50cc head on a 70cc kit is ridiculous , Not only will the compression ratio be shit it will never seal properly because the head is too small for the bore

standard cranks are fine with a sports kit , i ran a standard crank for over 2 thousand miles on my old aerox before i stripped the threads on accident changing rollers so i installed a race crank , other than that it ran spot on
