i would, but the postage would cost more than the barrel cost. and they said i can only return it if it shows no sign of use. it cost 25, 15 postage to my door, 15 postage back, so thats 30 in postage for a 25 refund
still, id only get 25 back off the 40 i spent, and thats if the company will take it back after its been used
open a dispute via ebay dont message the guy and ebay will force a refund it UK law, that any item that is ordered online as 14day return option weather its used or not, it's called DSR Google it . also one time i got a xbox from germany and it turned up smashed ebay refund me and told me to dispose of the item due to size/wight and return postage charge and what you will get is 2 things your £25 and a lesson in why not to buy shit, thats a life lesson you can take to the bank
then your cheap kit will cost the same as a stage 6 sports. i think you need to cut your loss's. you can get a motor force kit for £80
i dont have a clue what im chatting tonight...... im rebuilding it tomorrow, sealing the shit out of the head to ensure it doesnt leak from there. that way if it does fill again, i know the jackets fucked. ive emailed the place i bought it from telling them all my problems, now hopefully theyll reply with something of use
Dude I feel for you but then again we all warned you. I would contact the seller on eBay and blatantly ask for a full refund as their product is shit. You don't try you don't get. You ll be surprised at what people are willing to do when they know their stuff is crap and they want to avoid negative feedback on eBay! If not open a dispute, and prepare your case with detailed uploaded pictures. eBay always goes with the buyer if they feel it is a genuine claim.
ebay will always side with the buyer as there more important to ebay than seller, business will not go away as ebay is such a big market they cant afford to but buyer can shop anywhere so ebay try to keep you (the buyer) happy
It would of been cheaper just to buy a standard 50cc kit from ped parts or a stage 6 70cc sports kit after all the nonsense and grief this kit has caused , And like everyone else has said a 50cc head on a 70cc kit is ridiculous , Not only will the compression ratio be shit it will never seal properly because the head is too small for the bore
standard cranks are fine with a sports kit , i ran a standard crank for over 2 thousand miles on my old aerox before i stripped the threads on accident changing rollers so i installed a race crank , other than that it ran spot on
