Update. I bought a brand new one for shits and giggles.

Put a 95 kit on it before it hit the road and encountered a schitload of tuning issues.

Fukker does wheelies off the dock but runs shit on top.

When I get it right, I will post the schizzle.
(or pm minor, even though he hates small capacity 4smokes!)

 

I put it down to the fact that Mr honda, when he designed a head that will do a billion hrs on a restricted 50 in 1949 and they still run it, is probably limited in it's ability to flow enough when you double the capacity, because the holes are too small.

Needs bigger holes.

I tried to get more wind through the stock head but it's pointless trying to fit ten pounds of shit into a five pound bag.

Still waiting for the big valve head, should work everywhere.

 

You can buy better heads for less than it would take to modify the stocky.

I have a mill and access to valves and seat cutters but it's soooo much easier and cheaper to buy it.

A 2 stroke would smoke project Honda, but it hits hard off the dock and is alot of fun to ride.
