Bit of an update. They are going to use a reamer? Tomorrow to gently take out the line on the conrod small end.
Hopefully I will get it back on Saturday
..not holding my breathe though lol

It'll be fine, did that a little while ago on my mates Lexmoto. He had a tight pin as well.

Ok a bit of an update....yes it did take the garage 4 weeks to repair!
Bikeended up with a Airsal 155cc piston, barrels and then I bought a new crank, con rods and bearings etc. So the engine is new.
Still running it in. Done 100 miles so far.
BUT stillthrottle issues though not as bad as before in a way.
If the bike is driven straight from cold, it's a nightmare. No power..and I mean splitter and no pulling power. Then back on and off on power till about 15 mins.
Tried yesterday to let it warm up by ticking over 10 mins before riding. Loads better. Drove fine. I even got to hartlepool about 30 mile from home.
On the way back about halfway it sputtered and came to a stop. 1 minute later drove home fine but with the FI light on. Now it was reallyraining so not sure if just damp engine?
So I'm thinking replace the auto choke which looks really easy and check the power to it.
Today I popped into Honda motorcycle dealer in Newcastle and booked it in for diagnosis.
It's bloody annoying me cos I have to ride to work on it and I'm not sure I trust it. I hate having that feeling!
I'm just hoping it's not the TPS as that's a fortune....

Forgot to add, just have the dealer do the diagnostics, at this stage dont have them do other work.
A sensor problem can be caused by other stuff, like an air leak, or the timing being out slightly.
The problem with sensors is one can fail and throw up a multitude of codes because they all talk to each other, so one can fail, then the others can't read what it's saying so they also throw a code, leading you down an expensive road of un-necessary part swapping.

I will see what. It comes back with. If they can fix straightaway I will tell them to do it.
Problem is I only have the lexus to go to work with.. And that's 75 a week compared to the scooters 6 quid.
I will take a picture of the wiring.. It's a mess.
It may need a new loom

    It doesnt have a choke...
It probably needs a remap like I mentioned before.

Sorry for the long wait for an update......but it's fixed!
    Here's a long story.....

    So we're was I?
Oh yes. Well in the end I ordered a new crank, bottom end bearings and top end bearings.
The garage then took another 2 weeks to put it together *sigh* but I picked it up mid September. They told me they test drive it and it was perfect!
Woohoo I thought. So went down to collect it. Set off home on it and guess what? Yes same bloody problem. Throttle on off on off. Ffs

So I thought right bite the bullet. Take it to Honda as they will know what they are doing (yea right!)
Dropped it off on a Tuesday and went to collect on a Friday. They told me one problem they had found was the stator was not charging the battery correctly and would need a new one. Plus the wiring was like a rat's nest and there was no regulator fitted as it had been removed. So I asked how much. He couldn't guarantee it would fix the bike....£742!!! But hey I could get finance on a new one?
    No thanks!
I paid £120 for that diagnosis. Rip off and I will tell you why.
Got it home after a terrible journey. Accidentally I left the light on under the seat and drained the battery flat. So I got a new one that was a decent ampage.
So I looked at the stator wires and they did have a rough join. So I got the soldering iron out and made the wires good, heat shrieked and waterproofed. Took me 20 mins most. So I did a stator test and it was perfect. Throwing out the correct volts to battery, 12.3 on tickler and 14.2 on revs. And I checked.....there is a regulator fitted!
I'm going to write to Honda to complain....
Anyway bike was still running rough. But ok on a 20 min warm-up.
So I thought I wonder if it is actually the throttle body?? So I started to look on eBay for a second hand one. Couldn't find any but I found some company in Poland on eBay listing one brand new for SH125 / Dylan so I asked is it ok for S Wing? Was told yes should be fine so I ordered it.
It cost £230 delivered which is a lot cheaper than Honda's £520!
It arrived 5 days later and was a doddle to put on.
EUREKA! The bike is now 100 percent perfect running! So after all that it was the throttle body
Now there is a couple of minor flaws.
I have no rev counter working nor the average mpg computer. Also the side stand does not cut off the engine anymore. I'm not really bothered by this though.
I presume this is because the SH125 doesn't have a rev counter etc so it's not programmed on the ecu?

    Anyway it's alive!

Thanks for all the help guys and I have the old throttle body here if anyone needs a look at it etc
