Hello Anyone as PDF of the Honda NSC110 (108) vision - 2019 (or 2018) service manual ? Especially the pages about replacing engine oil and the torque to close the screw Thanks Omatza
Thanks It is not just the drain bolt. I need the torque for several other things (including how to remove/install the rear wheel) Also, I have history of breaking bolts, cause I have no feeling in my hand when I close it. So, please, can anybody post here the PDF of the service manual ? (or some pages from it) Thanks Omatza
Drain bolt is 18lb-ft Oil strainer is 15lb-ft Full workshop manual available on-line if you do a search.
Hi Stevep I searched for several hours, divided to two days. All I found wass manuals that show catalog numbers of the parts. Nothing about how to disassembly and torque. Can you (or anyone) send such a manual or link to it, that works ? Thanks a lot Omatza
Carlsalter.com might have it. I have literally no sensation in my hand and can tighten a bolt up without breaking it. It's all about force, you can use your shoulder to feel the resistance then nip it the last 1/8th turn. A lot of things are not even torque specific, like sparkplugs, they are "by the book" tightened by fractions. Tighten til it grips, 1/4 turn, then 1/8th turn...
Thanks Carlsalter.com have lots of Honda (and other) motorcycles, but no Honda NSC110 vision :-( I heard the advices so far and it is good. Still, if anyone know where I can find a full pdf file, I will be glad Omatza
I found the service manual but it is in Vietnamese did you found it in english? Thanks you Here you have the link of the Vietnamese one http://www.mediafire.com/view/3w35ab5wvg73pnn/honda_vision110.pdf
Good luck finding manual, bought 110 in 2017 - essentially it's a 'repair culture's ' bike - expect you to put it into service agent & get charged a bundle - prob.costs little in real terms if you had info to fix yourself..
I did quite a lot of work on a 2018 NSC100E (Vision) for guy who used it for Deliveroo until after 24000 miles and multiple theft attempts with associated damage and many's a drop and scrape in two years, he passed on to me and I fixed it up and flipped it for a YP250. Never found a dedicated manual, but like many scoots and bikes, they have a lot in common with other models of that era so I found I could infer and gather a lot of info from other sources and built a dossier of info on it. I'll admit its a bit of a chore but I generally found what I was looking for, its pretty simple anyway. The EFI for instance uses Hondas PGM-FI so error codes are virtually the same as you'd find on say a CBR600RR or other EFI models. An injector fault on a 110 would merely show up as error 12, while the CBR has 4 injectors so error codes could go from 12 to 15 depending which one was failing IIRC the Honda Lead 110 of a similar year will have many similarities to the NSC110
