Honda Forza 300 / Custom Seat Manufacturer in UK or Europe

Just purchased a Honda Forza 300cc and am looking for a UK based specialist that can help me with a custom seat.

Basically looking to replace the standard seat and remove the "bum rest" to free up a little more room, as well as change the standard factory vinyl the scooter comes with.

Have seen a few posts on scooter forums that his can be done buy they all seem to be in Asia / USA, so looking for someone that can do this in the UK and export to Italy.

Below are a few pics of the great work MJM did in NSW (Australia) but am hoping there is someone who can do this in Europe.
