Help with 17.5 carb setup please

Hi I've brought an dmp 17.5 carb due to 12mm cutting out at top speed after a while of riding, for my neos easy and managed to get running good with an 82 main jet and needle pin in centre,, except wen on full throttle it bogs and then pull and then bogs and so on.....

Airsal 70cc kit
Malossi variater and belt 5g rollers
Uprated reeds
Stage 6 rep pro exhaust
(17.5 carb dmp)

Anybody had anything similar or could help? I'm thinking maybe rollers?

 

Hmmm try a slightly richer main jet?
Sounds a bit like the float could be sticking though

 

i went and put a 76 jet and needle pin in centre and tweek f/a all run good now
