help, will this work, 100cc???

    that is a overheating pal. the piston and bore got hot and swell as all metals do as the engine is run, but on a bad set up one or both get too hot and the swell too much and touch.

    coursed made by 1 of 3 thing bad jetting, over revving, not the right amount of oil all = bad set up

    you can run a 70cc kit with a 50cc head, a lot of low end kit dont come with head and you used the stock one on A/C engine

    no you cant use a 50cc head on the 70cc barrel coz this is what happens the piston dont meet with the circle on the head coz its smaller then the 70cc piston and yeah think about it mate cast iron holds heat alot more then steel or ally so it would exsplain that but bad jetting was a problem wich i know have jets etc and over reving lol never heard of that lmao its a moped mate cant over rev with out a rev limiter inless you have a modded cdi unit that still dont over rev it lol peds dont really have alot of rev anyways the oil is alright been setup as iv been told to do it and the jetting is being done as i put the new malossi kit on it

    ok your 99% stupid, i have owned over 30 scooter and worked on 100's and i have never had a scooter with a rev limiter. if you get a sports kit to is ment to power at 8,500rpm and you run it at 9,500 it will end like your did.

    you did what to jet it?.

    and i bet you 1,000,000,000 you can run a 50cc A/C on a 70cc A/C kit, did you look at the squish band?


    anyway my input on this tread is done i did think you was someone with some idea what to do, but it turns out you have no clue as all your repllys in this post show, so as other have dont i will now stop replying.

    you dum on youtube guy has a rev limiter on his moped look it up at pm tuning or google it fu**ing dum arse and no you cant use a 50cc head on a 70cc barrel coz the circle line around the head dont fit the piston you nooob i was told not to come on forums coz most of you lot are retards lol

    MY NRG power DD would run at 10,000 rpm with stock CDI.

    you right poiston looks fucked, did you set up the squish band? NO because if you did that cant happen. again that bad fitting/set up

    lol your dum well iv done my malossi kit today and set it up the same and it is 100% better then that shitty aftermarket ebay cylinder the malossi 100% and kid or man go search about AFTERMARKET CYLINDER KITS they are crap and i wanted to see if people was right or not so i brought it as it was £80 and it fucked up coz as iv been told it aint bad setup its the cylinder kit is crap and dont last it was on my bike for 5 6 months and this malossi one smashes that kit all day long my bike has so much power now i love it here some pics of malossi cylinder kit
