Reeds? my mate had the same problem on his SR, does petrol like come back out of the carb in a mist??
manifold split? airbox flexitube? reeds? dont buy ONE set of rollers but 4-5 sets, aeroxes tend to love ridiculously light rollers so many people rip engines apart before theyve had a PROPER look at what the problem could be ( including me ) two strokes arent just made up of cranks and pistons! you said youve tried jetting? what size jets? have you done a proper plug chop to see if its running rich? what state is the piston in? assuming youve split the cases?
The same happened to my bike Sonny Jim Mine was due to a blocked jet All i can say, is take the jets off, clean them all, in petrol and if you have a air line like whats mechanics have then use that, spraying all the old petrol out of them, etc... And i would suggest playing around with rollers You prob have a water leak too mate. If you cant do it, ring a mechanic I would suggest you stop asking for more advice its probs your jets And Minor does sound pretty pissed.

1. petrol wont clean jets... there full of petrol yet stil get blocked.. need carb cleaner/an ultrasonic tank.. 2. a mechanic can change parts that are on a bike, they have fuck all clue about setup/tuned bikes so this job is way beyond the grasp of a mechanic... the guy building this is as good as a mechanic. this is the difference between tunners and a mechanic. a tunner can take a MODIFIED engine and get it running right, every tiume.. a mechanic can guess, then tell you the parts foitted are wrong and basicly fuck your bike further by removing tparts and putting a stupidly large jet in there.. if you cant figure it out you ened to dyno it plain and simple.
Im not too sure but it could be the air/fuel mixture cus thats what happened to me....fitted a new pipe and it bogged like hell...then i messed about with the air/fuel mix turned it clockwise a couple a turns and voila worked like a dream after...o and changed the rollerz too lol. Engines running sweet spark plug is brownish chocolate colour.
