i have a 2011 pulse rage 50cc. i put a new air box on, new race exhaust, new piston and rings, new carb, new battery because the bike would'nt go above 20mph and its still the same. so should i rejet it or is there anything else i can do. btw the airbox i bought was wrong so i had to cut it to make it fit so could the small opening at the back be doing anything bad ? sorrty if this is in the wrong place i didint know were to put it.

What be if you give full handle? Is engine chokes or something? Give me more information to solve your problem.
yeah 1/4 throttle to full throttle boggs down and only gets to around 6000 rpm
