HELP How do you derestrict a CPI Aragon S line?

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone knows the exact way to do this its only doing 30 max and the acceleration is a joke!

I said id find out for my mate as its slower than my old jog at the moment and its annoying having to keep slowing down for him hes 19 so he can legaly ride iy unrestricted! (I think!)
