[HELP] Buying a Tunned Runner

Hey guys, i havent been on here for quite a while but i will be back more often now that i have more time.

So, i recently wrote off my 2007 Piaggio NRG Power (Chassis Bent) and i know a guy who offered me a Gilera Runner with a mid race 70 kit on it... plus a few other things (Exhaust, carb, etc...) for 600 Euros *About 530/560 Pounds* which i think is a bit too cheap for what it is. i called him up today to go and see it and we have arranged to meet up tomorrow so i was wondering what problems i should look out for? the bike hasn't been started for about a year or so either so if someone could please give me some advice on what i should be checking it would be greatly appreciated.
