Even if the pipe wasnt de-restricted the bike would still move...

There is nothing wrong with the clutch, im guessing the exhaust is just fucked, ive got a standard zip exhaust on at the moment which will have to do the job for now.

if the pipes restricting the engine from revving to the point where the clutch bites, it wont move

Well it sounds like its revving pretty high with the leo vince on but the clutch deffinatley doesnt bite.
But then with the standard zip exhaust it runs fine???

probably the wrong jets and rollers for that exhaust, I just fitted a pedmoto exhaust to my mates ped and it would rev up to madness and not move at all and the revs would go up and down a lot no matter what jet was in it, as soon as i put in the 4.3g rollers it was perfect had to put a 66 jet in as well.

sod it...abit late but with the leo vince exhaust you have a cone restrictor that you have to dremel out to derestrict your exhaust, you could put in countless weights...even try diffrent ones but it still wouldnt work with that darn cone restrictor inplace...so been there tryed that got several thousand t-shits for the effort
