ouch ouch ouch ouch ouch ouch ouch...
gives me goosebumps looking at that.
Like the lads av said, get your solicitor to say to him that your going to take him to court an push for the maximum compo available which means the guy is going to probably lose his license, OR tell him he could settle it out of court for a fixed amount of money an that way he keeps his license. That IF the police dont take him to courts in which case they'll most probs ban him anyways an land him with a hefty fine.
    But anuff of the bullshit.
    Get well soon bruva ;)

Don't come across as arrogant and money grabbing.

Don't agree to 50-50 it blatently wasnt at all your fault. let the courts decide what happens, put your facts forward, list your injuries, take the pics and let them decide how much to give you compensation. at the end of the day his insurers are the ones paying out.

thats true. but with the current economical climate will the courts try and lesser the compo ?
i know the insurers are paying out for it but by paying out for the twat in the Ferrari it spoils everybodys nice insurance premiums and drives them up, thus the nation is pouring money into a bottomless pitt, we need to spend money, spend it in our system to put it around our system. im not to sure what exactly insurance companys do with their money that actually benefits the country or the economy tbh but they're expensive. ignore me im chattin some soppy bullshit an i havent the faintest idea why or actually know what im talking about :wtf:

nope, it's not going to affect the courts, at the end of the day the bloke was driving a ferrari, if he was driving a 1991 fiesta with rust patches all over, they may go a bit easier on him but he obviously has the money.

yes he will have im sure the rich fuck but am i write in saying that the courts may or could order the driver to also personally pay the lad some compo out of his own pocket?

yeah, but it's unlikely, that's what we have motor insurance for.

he will get a rap on the knuckles, 60-100 quid fine and 3-6 points more than likely.

well at least he aint got away with it.
a mate of mine was filtering through traffic on STRAIGHT road with no roads coming off it, when a car driver decided he'd had enough of waiting and tried doing a U turn without checking his mirrors or indicating, of course he's taken my mate off his vx and put the bike through a garden wall followed by him.
The police tried sticking a careless driving charge on my mate, and the car driver got away with it. The smashed up wall went through my mates insurance.
Im sorry but if you fail to check ya mirrors, or even just ur blind spot an fail to indicate then i would call that careless and dangerous

the otehr week someone lost their mirror because they decided to cut me up. i love kevlar knuckles

    LOL
its surprising how pissed off you actually get when people cut you up.
i rode down the A127 a few weeks ago at like 10mph screaming at some asshole who pulled out into the fast lane as i was overtaking at about 60, i nearly ended up against the central reservation. i locked up an nearly caused a pile up, stupid i know but i was ready to dance with the moosh.
oooooooh i was so angry faced >: (

I don't think it's surprising. People casually trying to kill you is quite annoying. In the USA some Harly riders carry a hammer in a special bracket on the bike just for smashing up cars which have cut them up.

They call the hammers "traffic policemen" :w00t:

Lol if its a full leg cast then your getting a knee high cast on mate and a nice looking shoe XD. :msn1: Then you will be told to walk with one cruch on the oposite side from the brake.

If not then how the fuck they planning on taking it off but your not aloud to walk on it. Hop FTW.
