    I was standing in the scooter parking area, waiting for scooter to go by so I could take pics. My mate was saying they were going, and I looked round as you had the front up. Couldnt get the cam up in time lol

    apart from more points plus a longer ban, perhaps jail time of a £1000 fine, hmmmm nothing to loose hey :msn1:

    don't fight against it you risk all of these things if you loose in court.

    Me dad got 12 speeding points, then pleaded leniency (sp) got it, and then got caught again, so 15 points, pleaded again, and didnt get it, instead, he got a 6month ban

    you can fight it and chances are they will be less leniant, if you admit you did it, admit it was wrong they may be more leniant with your scentence and give you a reduced ban then make you go on a "safer riding scheme"

    either way your'e fucked in the short term. how do you manage to clock up so many pointes anyway?
