I am about to purchase some parts for a 1981 Honda express. The goal is wheelies......lots and lots of wheelies! Just let me know what I'm missing or advise on your experience!!

    46mm sleeve and piston
    Ported head
    20mm carb
    Carb intake manifold
    Pod filter
    Spark plug
    Exhaust

This is where I get a little foggy

    Variator?
    Clutch?
    Roller weights?

This is my first scooter tune so I'm a little unsure on the driveline setups so let me know what to get and why.

    Cheers legends!!

do yourself a favor.... replace the engine, or the bike. cranks for these are gold dust, parts are real scarce and there never gonna be fast. period.

tbh, if this is original, runs and you ahve all the paperwork, it may be worth some money to the right person ;) as in, proper scooter money
