Gilera Runner VX

Isit worth buying a 210cc kit for a gilera runner 125vx or Just buying a bike with a 180/200cc Engine in registed as a 125?

 

Are you prepared for the costs involved? Not only with the parts but also insurance, proper dvla registration, what will happen if you have an unfortunate one which we all hope wont happen, and when the insurance find out if you do have one?

 

I know the consequences. but just wanna know what would be quicker and more reliable
